Shipping policy

If you don't see your country as an option for shipping then please drop us an email at hello@activevita.com and we will request a quote from the courier for you.

The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within Singapore can be 1-6 business days, and 10 - 15 days sometimes more internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays, sales or limited additional launches, this time may vary.

Please remember we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has left Singapore. We will however, always do our very best to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We really appreciate your patience on this.
