How to Use

  • Fuel Targeting:

    • 30g/hr → 2 scoops

    • 60g/hr → 4 scoops

    • 90g/hr → 6 scoops

  • Mixing Guide:

    • 2 scoops (1 serving) in 500ml water = 6% solution (30g carbs, 450mg sodium).

    • 4 scoops in 750ml water = 8% solution (60g carbs, 900mg sodium).

  • Timing: Drink every 15 - 20 minutes based on sweat rate and fuel needs.

My Perfect Fuel

Just recently I completed a 170km ride without stoppping for refuelling. Only a couple of 750ml bottles with 75g each of Active Vita enough to fuel the whole ride.

I have been using Active Vita for 2+ years, I ride 250+kms per week and only use AV as my pre and during ride drink supplement.
